CYQ is delighted to launch its much sought after fillable Learner Assessment Records (LARs). These documents allow learners to generate evidence and assessors to manage learner progress electronically using a range of devices such as PC, MAC, laptop and a variety of portable devices.

- editable using simple, freely downloadable PDF readers such as Adobe or Foxit
- editable offline for maximum portability
These documents are now available from the download resources area of the CYQ website, which is accessible through your secure centre login. If you need or are unsure of your login, please email us.
Centre guidance
As this is a new approach for filling in LARs, a handy guidance document is available to help answer any questions that you may have. Please familiarise yourself with these guidelines in advance of using the LARs to support your CYQ delivery.
If you would prefer to continue using the non-fillable versions of these documents, don’t worry, they’ll continue to be accessible in the download resources area of the CYQ website. However, if you do choose to use the fillable documents, your feedback would be most welcome.
