This qualification recognises the skills, knowledge and competence required of an individual in order to work in an unsupervised capacity, including the values and principles of adult social care and the ability to plan and deliver seated recreational physical activities.

Designed for social care workers, activity organisers/coordinators and volunteers, who may include parents, carers, relatives, peer mentors or peer motivators.

Internal Quality Assurer Gold

Intended for those who manage a team of internal quality assurers. Learners will have all the skills to effectively manage a team of internal assurers in addition to gaining practical experience of ensuring the internal integrity and quality of assessment. A three-unit qualification delivered via eLearning, a one-day face-to-face workshop and distance learning.

Please note, to be eligible for this qualification, learners must have access to at least two candidates to gather assessment evidence. 

Internal Quality Assurer Bronze

Develop an understanding of the principles and requirements for internally maintaining the quality and integrity of the assessment process. This single-unit qualification is intended for those who simply wish to know about internal quality assurance within any requirement to practise.
