The YMCA Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required to work in a business administration role. This qualification provides learners with a range of business administration skills such as administering finance and human resource records, collating and reporting data, handling mail, managing diary systems, working with social media and communicating in a business environment. The target audience for this qualification are learners who are working or looking to work in a business administration role. This qualification can be used across a wide range of sectors, private and public organisations such as local authorities, leisure trusts, voluntary organisations and charities, and civil service.
The qualification can be offered as a standalone qualification or as part of an Intermediate Apprenticeship
