Learners will be empowered to communicate with, engage and facilitate individuals/groups to build trust and empower the community to develop programmes and activities that reflect local needs with lasting impact.
This qualification is designed to support existing fitness and exercise instructors develop and deliver physical activity programmes within a community setting. Learners must therefore be aged 16+ with an existing gym or group exercise instructing qualification.
