Overview
This training day is designed for Tutors and Assessors from centres who wish to deliver the CYQ Level 2 Awards in Group Indoor Cycling and Studio Resistance Training. This practical training day will provide an overview of the practical elements of each syllabus.
The day includes practical workshops, so please wear appropriate attire.
Delegates will cover:
- Principles of Group Indoor Cycling and/or Studio Resistance Training
- Practical session – technique workshop
- Health & safety considerations
- Review of assessment criteria
