Submission of performance based video evidence is required for the following courses:
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment
- Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocationally Related Achievement
- Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- Level 4 Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment
- Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice
Where you are unable to provide video evidence, a YMCA Awards approved assessor may perform a direct observation for an additional fee.
Fees for direct observation
- Half-day (one learner observation): £100
- One-day (two to three learner observations): £150
Travel expenses may also be charged. Please check this with the YMCA Awards Professional Development assessor prior to requesting the observation.
If the assessment criteria is not met sufficiently an additional observation is required.
