This year, we’re celebrating twenty years of awarding qualifications. We were the first awarding organisation in the fitness and active leisure sector and we’re not going anywhere.

We believe that some awarding organisations over-complicate qualification pricing through inflated advertised prices and hidden discounting.

Fair, transparent pricing is the lifeblood of who we are: open, inclusive and welcoming. To be true to our philosophy, we’re excited to announce our new fair pricing strategy. New pricing takes effect immediately and impacts all our products and services. We believe that all our customers can benefit from our new prices in some way.

Qualification fees

At the core of this strategy, we’re significantly reducing our qualification fees to reflect the true cost of development, quality assurance, administration and support.

Qualification fees are based purely on size and easy to understand. The new prices will mean most centres see significant savings.

But this isn’t a fad offer - we’ll next review our prices in February 2020, giving you plenty of notice of any changes before they take effect 1 August 2020.

New resource fees

Fees for our resources are also changing to reflect the cost of developing content in a more digital world.

In return…

You will need to pay the full qualification fee at the point of registration and spend at least £750 a year on qualification fees. This ensures that we can support you with your delivery and quality outcomes for your learners.

If you spend less than £750 on qualification fees between 1 August and 31 July, we’ll invoice you the difference.
