    Overview

    The aim of this qualification is to provide learners with an understanding of how to manage their own lifestyle with a view to making improvements in health and wellbeing. These improvements could lead on to enhanced life and work skills, knowledge and improved career opportunities, plus a stimulus for further learning, either in this subject area or generally.

    Learners will cover:

    Lifestyle choices and identifying positive changes to improve their own health and wellbeing
    Personal development and how their personal skills, abilities and behaviours can be improved

    There are 2 assessments across the 1 unit:

    Assessment element 1: Seven Day Diary
    Assessment element 2: Presentation
