    At YMCA Awards, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. When you work with us, you receive more than just qualifications, you gain access to a dedicated and experienced team and a wide range of additional services designed to support your success. 

    Our pricing structure reflects our commitment to quality, affordability, and value, ensuring our approved centres receive exceptional support and resources. 

    What This Page Covers

    If you require EQA activity but haven’t met the minimum spend since your last EQA visit, we will invoice you for the shortfall at the end of the academic year.

    Apprenticeship Assessment 
    Learning Resources (Manuals, eLearning, LARs) 
    External Quality Assurance (EQA)

    Minimum Spend Requirement 
    All approved centres are required to spend a minimum of £350 per academic year (1 August – 31 July) on learner registration fees. 

    What We Don’t Charge For 

    We’re proud to offer a range of services at no additional cost, including:

    Annual Centre Registration 
    Additional Qualification and Staff Approvals 
    Comprehensive Teaching Resources 
    Standardisation Training and Webinars 
    Business Development Consultations 
    Dedicated Customer Account Support 
    EQA Activity (once minimum spend is met)

    Providers may charge more than the fees listed here to cover the cost of delivering teaching and assessment on our behalf
