    Overview

    This qualification has been created to help people become peer educators. As a result of their training, the learner will be able to communicate knowledge in a clear and easily understood way to their peers (their equals in respect of age, education or social class).

    Qualification details

    Learners will cover:

    The role of peer leaders and different leadership style
    Key information and facts relating to health and well-being messages
    How to plan, deliver and evaluate a peer leadership activity

    Learners will complete four assessments for the 2 mandatory units and additional assessments based on the optional units completed. Assessments include:

    Portfolio of evidence
    Worksheets
    Activity tasks
    Personal review
